This site stores member and enquiry data for administration, meal bookings, and raffle records. Payment card handling is completed by Stripe, and card details are never stored by this application.

Member records are visible only to authenticated users with appropriate roles. Public contact submissions are saved for the Secretary so follow-up can happen directly.

Your rights

If you wish to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, please contact the Secretary. We will respond within a reasonable time.
